Hire Intelligence was founded in Perth, Australia in 1992. Since then, the company has evolved into one of the leading IT and AV equipment suppliers in the country.
Hire Intelligence now operates from 11 locations in four countries – Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Scotland – providing cutting-edge technology to a wealth of customers across the globe.

What Is Your Rent-to-Buy Policy?
Hire Intelligence provides a cost-effective rent-to-buy service that allows you to use the latest IT and AV equipment without investing in it. After 12 months, you can choose to buy the equipment at a reduced cost or upgrade your rental equipment to the latest model.

What Are the Terms and Conditions When Buying Equipment from Hire Intelligence?
We ask that our customers have their own insurance in place or take it out when deciding to buy from us, to cover any damage or loss.
Do I Have to Pay a Security Deposit When I Hire or Rent Equipment?
If you are hiring equipment from us for the first time or have just launched your business, we may ask for a deposit.
What if My Equipment Develops a Fault in the Rental Period?
As soon as the equipment becomes faulty, contact us on 1300 655 551. We will then work hard to repair or replace the equipment as soon as possible.
What Happens if I Break the Equipment During the Rental Period?
If you accidentally break or damage the hire equipment during your rental period, we would advise that it be taken to a reputable repair centre to be fixed. Alternatively, you can return it to Hire Intelligence and we can provide a replacement. There is a charge for this service.
Hire Intelligence’s Software
Can You Load Software onto My Hire Equipment?
Yes, we understand the importance of providing our customers with a flexible service. Our Service Provider License Agreement with Microsoft allows you to choose which software will be pre-installed on your equipment before it’s delivered.
Our Ordering Process
How Can I Place an Order?
You can call the Hire Intelligence web order department on 1300 655 551 to place an order. Alternatively, you can fill out our quick quote form online and receive a guaranteed response within 20 minutes, within business hours.
When Is the Web Order Department Open?
The web order department is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Can I Place an Order outside of These Hours?
Yes, you can place an order outside of the above hours using the online order form. A member of the Hire Intelligence team will then respond to your query during office hours.
Can You Talk Me through My Order?
Our dedicated sales team would be more than happy to talk you through the order process over the phone. They will help you find the right piece of equipment for all your business requirements.
It would be helpful if you had the following information to hand when you called the team:
Your desired hire/rental period
The delivery date you have in mind
When you need the equipment to be collected
It would also help our team if you could provide the following information:
Your Company Registration Number
The billing address for the credit or debit card that you are going to use for payment
The Delivery and Shipping Process
When Will My Equipment Be Delivered?
If you live in a metro location, we receive your signed order form by 10am and stock is available, you can expect to receive your delivery on the day you order it. If you need to arrange an overnight delivery, that cut-off time is 3pm. Where possible, we will push it to 4pm.
If you live outside of metro locations, you can expect your equipment to be delivered the next day, or as arranged with our sales executives.
Where Do We Deliver To?
We deliver to anywhere in Ireland, however, delivery to more remote areas may will incur an additional fee.
We also prefer that equipment is delivered to business addresses only.
Do I Need to Sign for the Delivery of My Equipment?
Yes. All our equipment needs to be signed for when it’s delivered.
What if I Miss the Delivery?
If you fail to sign for the equipment after the delivery time and date have been arranged, Hire Intelligence reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
If the missed delivery is the fault of Hire Intelligence, we will endeavour to redeliver at a time convenient for you.
